Another day, another tax payment. Sharks were relentless. It seemed as if every red snapper or amberjack brought up was either bit in half or completely eaten off the line. Monster hammerheads, sandbars, and other pelagic sharks made most of the tax payments, whirling right next to the boat at times nailing our fish left and right. We managed to hook up on a few on our shark rod but the all broke off. the fish we did get up to the boat intact, were studs. Big snapper and jacks all day made for a few sore backs to say the least.
